The Lime Company is run by Elice Willett in conjunction with Dallas Keith.

 

Elice learnt all she knows from the man, the myth, the legend - Mike Souch.

Mike had a deeply rooted passion in agriculture, having grown up on an Oxfordshire farm. His reputation preceded him, he was the "go to" for so many farmers in the wider area.

Elice joined Mike in 2014 and worked alongside him, learning from him in all aspects of the job and developing product knowledge and developing strong customer relations with farms.

 

From Mike she cultivated a passion for getting the foundations of farming right - soil.
